Silver in Cycling - Women's Road Race, 1st British Medal, Won by Elizabeth Armitstead.
Bronze in Swimming - Women's 400m Freestyle, Won by Rebecca Adlington.
The most amazing thing for me today was when Ruta Meilutyte won her Semi for the Women's 100m Breastroke by a full
bodylength. It was some amazing swimming.
Sorry for those of you who aren't interested in the Olympics,
but this is my place where I'll be keeping track of how my country's doing.
